EASTHAM BOARD OF ASSESSORS
Minutes of February 25, 2010 Meeting
Meeting convened at 9:30 am.
Present: Assessors Sette, Fagan, and Cahill, Alternate Assessor Avery, Field Appraiser Belinda Clarey, and Deputy Assessor Gail Fitzback
- The Board voted to accept the minutes of the December 14, 15, and 18, 2009 meetings.
- The Board signed the FY11 Chapter 61 renewal application for Frederick W. Thomas.
- By unanimous vote the Board denied a Veteran’s exemption request as the applicant did not meet the residency requirement as defined in MA General Laws.
- The Board voted unanimously to deny the real estate abatement application for Parsons Lumber Co. NH & Sons.
- The Board voted unanimously to partially abate the real estate taxes for Alan G. Vadnais Funding Trust. Additional information was received which indicated an increased abatement amount was warranted.
- The meeting adjourned at 10:30 a.m.
